Mobile App

Members can download our free mobile app and use the phone’s GPS signal to find the nearest in-network doctor, hospital or urgent care. Members can get directions, call a provider with one touch and add the provider to contacts. The MedMutual app is available to members with iOS (Apple) and Android mobile devices for download from the App StoreSM or Google Play.
 
COVID-19 FAQ
COVID-19 is a respiratory disease caused by the most recently discovered coronavirus. The new virus and disease were unknown before the outbreak began in Wuhan, China, in December 2019. This is a rapidly evolving situation and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) continue to provide updated information as it becomes available. What are the symptoms of COVID-19? The most common symptoms of COVID-19 are fever, cough and shortness of breath.
